Inside Dubai reviews the latest movie releases in Dubai.
Experience Jason Statham’s action packed “SPY”, the terrifying “Insidious Chapter 3” and hindi comedy-drama “Dil Dhadakne Do”.
SPY
Everyone favourite UK action hero Jason Statham is back, but this time in a hero role nothing like Fast & Furious 7. So the days of his “Transformer” type roles have returned.
Plot: A deskbound CIA analyst volunteers to go undercover to infiltrate the world of a deadly arms dealer, and prevent diabolical global disaster.
Rating: 18+
Insidious Chapter 3
Now-a-days filmmakers seem to prefer attempting prequels rather than sequels, and Insidious Chapter 3 is set before the haunting of the Lambert family. If you liked the other two in this series then I recommend don’t miss this one.
Plot: A teenage girl approaches a psychic for help in contacting her mother, but in the end, the contact made is far darker than could have been expected.
Rating: PG15
Dil Dhadakne Do
I am a die hard fan of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, but unfortunately I’m not seeing the same quality as we saw with ZNMD from DD by Zoya Akhter.
Plot: The film is about a story of dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise trip. Punjabi family isnt enough? Why dysfunctional? Who knows?
Rating: PG15
