Nasimi Beach unveils Autumn/Winter line up. And it’s not too bad at all…

Nasimi Beach just dropped its line up for the forthcoming months, with stars including Robin Schultz, Duke Dumont and Pendulum all set to be hitting the decks at the premier beach club on the Palm from the end of September until December.

The season opener is the Red Bull Open Water Party, which is on 30th September. Partygoers can dance the afternoon away in the water, on land or a floating pontoon to beats provided by the Middle East’s No 1 selling electronic act ‘Hollaphonic’, Scott Forshaw, and Dubai resident DJ Tobie Allen, with David De Luca, Nasimi Beach Resident DJ, finishing off proceedings.

Robin Schulz

Then Dubai’s only R&B and Hip Hop beach party, The Rize Group Presents: DIP, hits the sands of Nasimi Beach on 7th October, before one of the world’s most in-demand DJ’s, Robin Schulz returns to Dubai on the 13th October. In case you didn’t know, the German producer/DJ has dealt out some of the more memorable numbers from the ‘super over-compressed bass drum pop’ genre (it really ain’t deep house LMAO) which he led the way for. Songs like “Prayer in C”, “Headlights” and “Sugar” always feature in his set, and while it can be argued that dropping your own songs into your own party repertoire is comparable to walking down the road and giving yourself a high five – it’s not. So shut up.

After the old Halloween Nasimi on 27th October, where loads of really cool people dress up and put fake blood on themselves, the following day (28th) sees the first instalment of the ‘Balearic” Ibiza party Pukka Up Presents: Pukka Up Beach Party. This one is so popular that it’s on for a treble, with the following parties scheduled for 26th November and 23rd December.

Duke Dumont

Other apparently notable highlights to the Nasimi line up will b when someone called Dane Bowers (unclear?) brings his semi-legendary UK Garage set (come on lads, it ain’t 2001) to the beach, before commercial D&B mainstays Pendulum round off the night on 17th November.

Then we have the Duke. Duke Dumont, who last year blew up the radio with “Ocean Drive”, will be making an appearance on 8th December. And that’s one we can all look forward to.
